All Camps run 9:30AM to 1:30PM
All Summer Campers are to bring a labelled water bottle, a nut free snack/lunch, and clean indoor shoes.
Athletes are to wear shorts and a tank or T-shirt that is close fitting. Midriffs should be covered.
Social Distancing and COVID-19 compliant sanitization and safety precautions in place.
Private Lessons are available to athletes throughout the year with coaches and can be booked directly through the OK Firestorm Office. Private lessons are available for individual, duo or small group instruction. Time and price varies depending on the size of the group and the type of private.
DANCERS, SCHOOL CHEERLEADERS, COMMUNITY MEMBERS: Private lessons are available for booking to non-Firestorm members with a one time insurance deposit and waiver.
Lesson times and frequency varies depending on the availability of the coach/instructor. Private lessons are available in 30 minute sessions for athletes of all ages and are booked with the coach of your choice based on their availability and level.

Private lessons are intended for one on one time with an instructor to work on new skills or simply improve current ones, where time can be spent focused on technique and execution. Private lessons allow for rapid progression in skills with instruction catered to the athlete's progression needs.
Additional external instruction resources are available and can be brought in to help facilitate a diversified progression of skills.
