Competitive Cheer

All Star Cheer is the ultimate TEAM sport! When your child is excited to be part of a team, meet new friends, work hard to attain a variety of new skills and perform, competitive teams are the perfect options!  Our competitive cheerleading teams attend once a week skill training in July and August with regular team practices beginning in September.  No experience is necessary for level 1 teams of all ages!

Our competitive teams do take their sport seriously so parents and athletes must be prepared to make the commitment to the 9 month regular season, including travel competitions (usually Lower Mainland or Alberta).

Program Details:

  • July through May season - Full Season commitment is required
  • Multiple levels offered based on skill, experience and position.
  • Master tumbling, stunts, dance & jumps in a routine, in a team focused environment.
  • Practices are 1.5 to 2 hours  long twice a week, routine is under 2:30 minutes
  • Competitions consist of four to five mandatory competitions.
  • Skill assessment required  and team placement will be made based on  the best interest of the team to build an evenly matched group who will be strong in practice and competition.
  • Uniform costs include uniform and bow purchase.  There are two styles of uniform which are available.  Youth/Mini and Junior/Senior.
  • Fees include registration, summer training, routine/choreography, and monthly tuition fees

** Please note, team age groups and levels are created annuals based on the registered athletes that year **
